Salt Lake

Well, this weekend in honor of nothing, a few friends and I went to Salt Lake to have fun. We went to the Clark Planetarium, the Hogle Zoo, The Garden Restraunt, Temple Square, and other such sites. We had quite a fun time. Here are pics to show how much fun we had...Just four of us and a great big city!

The Clark Planetarium: this first picture is of a pendulum that swings and knocks down a little metal tab according to the spin of the earth. This globe is what you see when you first walk in.

A picture of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir having a rehearsal...it was SO awesome!

Lacey fell in the trash...one of many many funny moments

This baby giraffe was soooo adorable....even though there was food easily available for him, he decided he wanted the kind of food that was just out of his reach so he had to bend down as far as he could!

I absolutly love the temple at night! What a gorgeous sight to behold!
The second temple picture was taken from our view while we ate dinner at The Garden, cool eh?(and what a marvelous sunset)

We also took trax to the 2 news station and waved into the camera which was a blast...our families got to see us on TV!!! A first and a last, huh?
