Toothbrush

I was staying at my grandma's house...and she used my toothbrush.  So I went in search of a new toothbrush because sharing a toothbrush is not my idea of a fun time.
This is the first one I found.  Too.....used.

This is the only other one I found. For infants. I used it anyway.

Don't worry, I have a better one now.

Morning

My life took a twist a couple weeks ago.  I started getting up really really early in the mornings.  I wasn't too fond of it until I looked outside.  I can't remember the last time I watched the sun rise! It wasn't the best place for a photo, but it was too pretty to not take a picture so....here are pictures of a sunrise and the houses across the street.

I Went a Little Nuts-o

Oh how I've missed the blogging world! My life has been crazy as all get out but I'm back!
I recently got a job a couple jobs, one at my local department store...and got a 50% shopping pass for 2 weeks so I could "build up my wardrobe". Right. Here are my treasures.

I NEED this for my wardrobe.

A Problem

One time I went to Ghana and I took my own little travel pillow.  When I got home, it was so beat up that I threw it away [read: my mom made me throw it away].  So there I was pillowless and heartbroken. Then my dear, sweet sister Rye said I could use a pillow she had made in her sewing class.  It was a lot smaller than my other one, but I made it work.  Fast forward several months and my mom comes home one day with a new pillow.  It is bigger than my first one, but it is officially mine and I love it.  So to summarize: I went from medium/perfect pillow to way too small to too big.  Shall we take a look??

This made adjusting to my new-found elevation almost impossible.  I'm still working on it, but I'm almost there. Wish me luck!
