Adios

Well, I'm headed off to Africa this week.  Packing, shopping, packing what I bought, more shopping, more packing...etc. And ya know- maybe it is a good thing because I am SO out of things to blog about.  My life has finally plateaued  out into a boring, straight line.  Hopefully with the adventures to come I'll have something to write about.  Goodbye loverlies

Two Weeks

Ahem.  Two weeks from right this very moment I will be soaking up some real-live African sun!  I will also be suffocating in 80 degree weather with 80% humidity. Two weeks from today I will understand why some African tribes chooose to run around naked- its not as hot that way.

I came out from work and saw this all over my car:

Look at the splatter up onto the windshield in this next one. Ugh.....and they are HUGE. I wanna know what kind of bird did this. An eagle perhaps?

Here's the kicker...I wasn't parked under a tree or anything. These birds just hovered over my car and let loose.
